Refund Policy

This policy covers _mikehowe online coaching. The calorie calculator is free, so no refunds apply to it.

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your first 30 days of coaching, on either the Training or Training + Nutrition plan, text me or email coaching@mikehowefit.com within 30 days of your first payment and I'll refund everything you've paid in that period, whether you pay monthly or weekly. You don't need to give a reason.

How refunds work

The guarantee covers payments made in your first 30 days only, once per person.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
When a refund is issued, your subscription is cancelled and app access ends.

Billing and cancellation

Each plan can be paid monthly or weekly. Billing starts on the date of your first payment and renews automatically every month or every week, depending on the option you choose, until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime by texting me, emailing coaching@mikehowefit.com, or through your billing link. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the billing period you've paid for.
Payments after the first 30 days aren't refundable, including partial billing periods.

Switching plans

You can move between Training and Training + Nutrition, or between monthly and weekly billing, at your next billing date. Text or email me before that date to switch.
